How do I pay for your software?
You can pay through SWReg via credit card (online, fax or phone) or PayPal.
I do not know how many licenses to buy.
From the EULA (End-user License Agreement):
"One licensed copy of a itssoft application may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both."
In other words, please purchase one license per person.

I just ordered your software. How do I download it?
You can go to www.itssoft.com to find and download the software.
My license number is not working.
Copy and paste the license number (found in the email sent by SWReg) directly into the box rather than typing. This will avoid human error. Also, make sure the software and the license match. In the past, customers have purchased software from another software company entirely and tried to put the number into my program. It will not work.
I want a refund for one of your products.

"One licensed copy of a Itssoft application may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers."Therefore, you can use the same license number you already purchased to activate the software on your new machine.
Download the software from www.itssoft.com onto the new computer. Use the same license number that you received from SWReg via email.
If you have lost your license, fill out the web form.
Do you offer bulk discounts for multiple licenses?
No, this is not offered at this time.
Do you offer free updates for your software?
Yes. I work full-time constantly updating the many softwares as much as I can. You are also entitled to free updates/upgrades. Unfortunately, I can not notify everyone when each person when each product is updated so it is recommended that you redownload and reinstall the software once every year if you want the latest version.
How long are licenses valid for?
Licenses do not expire. You own the product forever.
My hard drive recently crashed. Can you resend my license number?

Can I purchase software by phone?
Yes. You will need to select the order option of CREDIT CARD by PHONE from the SWReg order form.
Support can be emailed at support@itssoft.com. If you are having problems with the software, please include screenshot and files you are working with.
I cannot uninstall your application.
I have User Account Control turned on. Do I need to turn it off?Start button > Program Files > [Application Title] > Uninstall
Yes, you should should turn off UAC. It prevents itssoft software from saving necessary files to perform correctly.

Does your software work with Windows Vista?
Yes, but some programs requires that you have UAC (User Account Control) turned off.
Does this software work with Linux or Mac?
The software is intended for Windows only. There are Windows emulators for some operating systems that will allow you to run Windows applications.
I want you to make me a program.
I can, but it has to be something other people would want, so that I can sell it on the site. I cannot make customer-specific software due to the length of time required.
I need command line support for one of your products.
There is command line version for some product. If you want, please contact to support@itssoft.com.
Does your software come in a language other than English?
No. Only English is available at this time.
